Cadillac 2014 - 2019 CTS & 2016 - 2020 CT6 Premium trim models have a rear window sunshade, one of the annoying features is that from the factory is it retracts whenever the car is put into reverse. We traced the wiring back and found the reverse lead going into the sunshade motor, if you disconnect this Green wire it will disable this feature and the sunshade will only go up and down based off the button controls. It is located behind the passenger side C-Pillar right next to the rear deck, you can depin or cut the wire
